The Center of Excellence Award

Each year, BMW USA selects its top performers throughout the United States and names them a Center of Excellence award winner. It is the highest honor that a BMW center can receive not just for operational performance, but for customer satisfaction as well.

Criteria

There are several factors that BMW USA considers before electing its Center of Excellence award winners. They are measured on six different sales and aftersales Key Performance Indicators in all. They compare each dealership in terms of sales performance and after-sales performance, such as BMW service. Then, they look at direct feedback from their customers to see which dealerships have the best feedback and customer satisfaction.

Exclusivity

As you can imagine, this honor is reserved for only a small percentage of the dealerships. There are 349 BMW dealerships throughout the United States and this year only 32 of those dealerships were awarded a Center of Excellence award. We are proud to say that this year we were the only Massachusetts BMW dealership to earn the award.
