Your Arrival

When you arrive at either of our BMW Service Center locations, you will be greeted by our welcoming team of BMW valets and Service Advisors. Our Service Advisors will document your vehicles maintenance needs and any other concerns you might have regarding your vehicle.

While You Wait

We offer courtesy loaner vehicles and other transportation options to help minimize any inconvenience to you during your visit with us. If you choose to wait at BMW Peabody, please enjoy our guest lounge and M Café, equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi so that you can stay connected while we take car of your vehicle. Enjoy a cup of coffee, tea, water, or your favorite snack while you wait. Each of our convenient locations offers this amenity, so same great experience no matter which location you choose to visit.

What Happens in the Shop

Your vehicle will be inspected and evaluated by our factory trained and certified BMW technicians. Once the inspection is complete, you will receive a video and full report from our technicians outlining the condition of your vehicle and any recommended repairs. When you vehicle's service is complete, we will provide a complimentary car wash and vacuum.
